CLOVER OAK RANCH - GRAND OPENING 2024

Construction is Underway

The Clover Oak Ranch team has been diligently focused on ensuring that all construction activities are progressing on schedule, with meticulous attention to every detail. Our state-of-the-art facilities will not only elevate the ranch’s infrastructure but also serve as a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional amenities. Our oversight and unwavering commitment to excellence assure that our new ranch meets the high standards that both our team and visitors expect from the Clover Oak brand.

Our focus is as a reining facility catering to the non-pro sector. We also plan to host clinics.

Please note we are a private facility and ranch tours are by appointment only.

The comfort and safety of both our horses and humans is paramount. We are in the process of building two 20-stall barns, each outfitted with a tack room, wash and grooming bays, and featuring MD BarnMaster construction. Each stall measures a spacious 12×16 feet and comes with 24-foot runs that include 12-foot covered porches.

For health and wellness, we will have a dedicated veterinary barn with isolation stalls, a NATILUS saltwater equine spa, and a covered farrier space.

The barns will also include mud mitigation, solarium facilities, and 100-plus ton indoor hay storage.

Practicalities have been thoughtfully addressed as well, with 16-foot aisles featuring rubber ‘dog bone’ pavers, a maintenance barn for tractor storage, fuel and diesel storage areas, and an industrial-sized washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry area. The entire facility is also ADA compliant.
